Kathryn Stott Optometrist

As many of you will have already heard, the owners of Bayfield & Bartlam Opticians purchased Kathryn Stott Optometrists in August this year. Royston Bayfield and Louise Bartlam are now the proud new owners of this fantastic practice, which has been established for 40 years.  They became business partners and practice owners for the first time in January 2004 when they bought University Vision Opticians, in the University of Leeds, and opened Bayfield & Bartlam Opticians in Headingley, Leeds in January 2006. Since that time both practices have grown and developed, already achieving a great reputation in the local community, so we are extremely proud to add Kathryn Stott Optometrists to the group.

As part of the change-over Kathryn Stott Optometrists has been brought up-to-date by changing the computer-based diary and file system, so we would like to thank you for your kindness and patience during this period. We are also proud to have taken on two fantastic new members of staff; Claire Brown FBDO, our new Dispensing Optician, and Anthony Josephson MOptom(Hons) who is our new Optometrist. They join our existing team of wonderful staff.  Many of you will be pleased to hear that Kath is still at the practice, and usually has a clinic three days per week.  Owner Mr. Bayfield BSc(Hons) MCOptom,  also an Optometrist, is also testing at the practice.
